Questions about official Nassau County criminal records belong with the government office that created or maintains the requested item. The routes below distinguish Sheriff's reports and jail information from Clerk court files and FDLE statewide histories, while also explaining the limits of this private reference site.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run guide cannot retrieve an official record, perform an official check, change an agency file, or receive a sealing or expunction petition. Those services remain with the appropriate Nassau County or Florida agency.
